Transactional Emails
Ticket Evolution will send transactional emails to you and your client through various stages of the order lifecycle for Buy/Sell Orders. This is true for all types of accounts: Brokerages, Partners, and Affiliates.
The emails we send will appear to come from the sales email that you provide to us and can include your logo if you provide us one (100px high prepared for a white background). The content of these emails is not customizable. If you need to customize your content we can deactivate the sending of the emails and you can send your own using our webhooks to trigger them.
